Shipping & Delivery Timings

  • Express Shipping: Delivery is guaranteed within 0-2 days. Orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2 business days for Sydney and major metro areas (Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth). Regional areas may take 2-5 days, with longer times for remote locations. Orders are dispatched on Monday and Tuesday.

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Protecting Your Chocolates During Shipping
We take great care to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition by shipping them with a dry ice pack and foil-insulated box to protect them from weather conditions during transit. However, we cannot control how they are handled once shipped. If your chocolates arrive slightly broken or melted, rest assured they will still taste delicious! For melted chocolates, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. Before enjoying, allow them to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to enhance flavor and texture.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or issues with the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
