- We strive to ensure that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. However, once shipped, we cannot control how they are handled. If your chocolates arrive slightly broken or melted, please be assured that they will still taste delightful. If melted, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Prior to enjoying, allow them to sit at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes to restore their optimal flavor and texture.
